How long for the production of a jewellery piece?

In stock one of a kind items are available to ship after placing your order. Pieces which have variety of sizes and styles take minimum 3 days maximum 7 days to ship out (you will be notified whether exact piece you purchased is in stock or it will be done in given timeframe). For custom orders, I suggest allowing minimum 1-2 weeks to produce it. Time frame will be given after purchasing/ordering a piece.

How long for the shipping of my order?

Orders are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia. Domestic shipping takes 1-5 work days, shipping is through parcel companies like Smartpost and Omniva.

Standard regular post is through local post office (in Estonia Omniva) and takes minimum 7 days, due to currently ongoing pandemic, there is no certain time frame. Regularly in Europe it takes up to 2 weeks (sometimes more) and to US it takes minimum 3 weeks to 6 weeks.

Shipping through courier services is possible and can be requested before checkout. In Europe mostly DPD and elsewhere DHL, UPS and FedEx.

RING SIZE

How can I work out my ring size?

I strongly recommend going to jewellery boutique to establish an accurate size. Online sizing methods are extremely unreliable and resizing might not be possible depending on your ring design.

My pieces are measured in European sizing system. If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact me for assistance or book an appointment at my studio in Tallinn.  Please do not make size estimates to offset band widths, I will make adjustments myself.

Should you require resizing of your Claudia Lepik ring, I do offer this service where possible in my studio, although the customer may need to pay a small additional fee for resizing.

MATERIAL AND FINISHING

What are the materials used for the jewellery?

Multiple materials are used in my pieces and will be stated clearly in the store specifications.

925 sterling silver, which I use mostly, is to the highest quality possible. All my silver pieces are stamped with 925 hallmarks and crafter’s stamp. Some of my pieces are oxidised to bring out the shape and sound of individual pieces. According to the wearer, the oxidation will start to wear off, which is expected. Like all metals, Sterling Silver is susceptible to tarnishing. Remove your jewellery before swimming in chlorinated pools and handling chemicals. Store your pieces away from sunlight and humidity in the wooden box which you receive with your jewellery. 

To prolong the life of your jewellery, I recommend:

  • Protect your jewellery from water, saltwater, humidity, steam, sunlight and chemicals.

  • Remove your plated jewellery prior to exercise, showering, swimming and applying lotion, moisturizer or perfume.

  • Do not use any metal cleaning or shining products on the SILVER/GOLD plated jewellery.

  • Store your jewellery in Claudia Lepik’s signature wooden box.

 

What does oxidized mean?

Oxidizing is a chemical process used to blacken the Silver. This finish does age and wears off with time.

Can I have my ring re-oxidized?

For a small fee, I can possibly re-oxidise your jewellery piece.

Do you work with precious stones?

No, I don’t work with precious stones at the moment. Perhaps in the future.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

All Claudia Lepik jewellery pieces are hand-crafted to order and custom jewellery is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. Returns are not accepted due to customer error, change of mind or for custom commissioned pieces (therefore I strongly recommend making sure your desired ringsize beforehand!).

Returns due to inaccurate ring sizing provided by the customer will not be accepted though may be resized for a small fee if possible. Jewellery must be in a “new” condition for your return to be accepted. 

Should you be dissatisfied, please contact me by email claudialepik@gmail.com (within 3 days) of receiving your order to discuss your options. Should an exchange or possible return be necessary, the product must be returned in as “new” condition within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I GENERAL TERMS

This website is owned and operated by Fiktsioon OÜ (reg. No: 14863555; address: Asunduse 11-57, Tallinn, 11416, Estonia). All products are produced by Fiktsioon OÜ.

The conditions apply to the legal relationships that arise between the Customer (henceforth referred to as the Customer) and Fiktsioon OÜ (henceforth referred to as the Seller) as the owner of the shopping environment located on www.claudialepik.com (henceforth referred to as the Online Store) when Products are bought from the Online Store. 

In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships that come in effect when Products are bought from the Online Store are also regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

Upon making a purchase, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store and is obligated to follow them.

II PRODUCTS

All available Products displayed in the Online Store can be added to cart. Products marked as Out of Stock are currently unavailable.

Displayed Product photos are illustrative and may differ from the actual Product. 

When the Customer has paid for the Product, the Online Store will send a confirmation to the Customer’s email address.

The contract of sale between the Seller and Customer enters into force after the purchase price is transferred to the Seller’s bank account.

III PRICES

The valid price is the current price at the moment when an order is placed with the webstore. The prices of articles are quoted excluded of VAT and are displayed on the site in euros (€), unless stated otherwise.

The prices quoted in the webstore are excluded of postage and administration costs.

The Seller’s prices can be changed at any time. For any orders, the price charged will be the one indicated at the time of the purchase, subject to availability at this date.

IV PAYMENT

The Customer can pay for the Order safely through PayPal or by making a bank transfer in accordance with the issued invoice.

The Seller does not have any access to the Customers bank or credit card information.

V SHIPPING

All items available for purchase on the Online Store are made to order. The Seller dispatches all orders as soon as possible but not later than 15 business days.

The Customer is obligated to provide the necessary and correct information to complete the order. The Seller takes no responsibility for not being able to execute the order or any consequences that arise due to incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order.

If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order,  the Seller  is not liable for any losses incurred by the user. If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in an order that is returned to the Seller  after having been dispatched, the user is liable to pay any further shipping costs incurred.

Shipping in Estonia is through SmartPost to the Customers closest parcel terminal or the Customer can pick up the Order from the Sellers studio by appointment at Põhjala Factory (Marati 5).

International shipping is through Omniva postal services. Courier shipping is possible when requested. 

Flat rate of shipping in Estonia is 5€, in European Union is 15€ and Internationally is 20€.

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Please note that your order is not inclusive any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country. Please make yourself aware of any charges that may apply before purchasing your jewels. Special or express shipping methods can be applied, contact claudialepik@gmail.com for inquiries.

*Naula_studio x Caudia Lepik orders will be dispatched by Claudia Lepik from Estonia*. The packages will be dispatched via Estonian Post Omniva with a track & trace code and will also be insured so that you receive your jewelry as safely and quickly as possible. Orders made within the EU have a flat shipping rate of 15€ and delivery is 7-14 days. Domestic orders (Estonia) have a flat shipping rate of 5€ and delivery is 2-5 days. International orders have a flat shipping rate of 30€ and depending on your destination country, it can take from 2 to 6 weeks.

VII PRIVACY

In the event of placing a webshop order we need your name, e-mail address, shipping and billing address, phone number and payment details so we can process your order and to keep you up to date on the order status. The Seller  collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. The Seller will not sell, trade or rent users personal identification information to a third party and will only share this information with third parties when it involves your order procedure. The Customer's information will not be stored longer than 30 days after the purchase is completed.

All the content available on the Online Store, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos and images (henceforth referred to as the Content) is the property of the Online Store and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws.
